Isn't it about time these guys won one for us gypers? I really do wish that someone would take a big bite out of the Apple but I guess it will not be us. Is there any light at the end of this long dark tunnel or is it only more Apple trains on our track? I am more than just disappointed with this latest court ruling. I am surprised that Win keeps losing cases that looked so promising. Oh well there will be other cases I am sure......
