This does appear to be very good news indeed. I only wonder what rocket scientist decided to litigate this case in Marshall Texas. I was born and badly raised in a red neck town which is about 20 miles from Marshall. As dumb as we were we always considered our Marshall neighbours as our much dumber little cousins. Oh well - if I had to fight a complicated patent case in Marshall Texas I would bring a hill billy interpreter to define all of the polysyllables used in the case. I can just imagine the jury saying "Hey ya'll , all of these yankee big words are giving me a headache - let's toss this sucker and go have a lone star beer and some BBQ."
