6:34 am Wi-LAN and Toshiba (TOSBF) reach agreement to end litigation; Toshiba will receive a license to certain WiLAN patents (WILN) : Co announced that Toshiba (TOSBF) and WiLAN have agreed to end pending litigation in Florida between the parties concerning certain television patents. As part of the agreement, Toshiba will receive a license to certain WiLAN patents. All other terms of the agreement are confidential.
