WiLAN Signs Definitive License Agreement with Sierra Wireless

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Nov. 5, 2013) - Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN" or the "Company") (TSX:WIN)(NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that the Company has signed a definitive license agreement with Sierra Wireless Inc. ("Sierra Wireless"). The agreement is pursuant to the binding memorandum of understanding between WiLAN and Sierra Wireless which was announced in a press release issued by the Company on October 10, 2013.
