Reported today by philipp_ghazal on the yahoo board ...."I guess the judge has other cases to settle first" was his comment

IMO, the mediation order on Monday coupled with Dell had settled in advance of the trial. Now we have added HTC and Alcatel having settled.

This just reinforces my feelings that this is going to be settled, just a matter of ironing out the $$$.
