I met with the One CFO this morning and asked a couple of pointed questions...

He answered:

WIN was not involved in any way shape or form in the lost case

WIN is only involved in a few specific patents and not in those involved with
this case and not with the Citrix case.

My only regret, other than this confirmation not having been stated by WIN at
the time, was that his team beat my team in hockey this morning causing us to be
relegated to the consolation round...
