WiLan is listed on the TSX (WIN) and the NASDAQ (WILN) exchanges.

So far the NASDAQ trades WIN as a small fraction of the volume of the TSX, and the best prices for buying and selling require volume to not have investors cheated by sharp traders.

With most WiLan shareholders being Canadian it is not a problem for them.

I am not sure that the dual listing was setup before or after this board was born, but I suspect this board was here before we ventured in the NASDAQ/USA listing.
