OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwire -07/26/12)- Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN" or the "Company") (WIN.TO)(WILN) today announced that the Company has signed a multi-year running royalty agreement for a number of the Company's digital TV and display patents with UPSTAR USA Inc. ("UPSTAR"), WiLAN's 263rd licensee. Terms of the agreement are confidential.
