The press release issued on March 13, 2012 met the information disclosure
requirements of the TSX and we are not required to issue a subsequent press
release. The NCIB is in effect.

Information on share repurchases can be found on the System for Electronic
Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) which is available at www.sedi.ca. The minimum
filing requirement is monthly, however, WiLAN typically files reports on a more
frequent basis.
