The buy back is still considered as insider, but only for reporting purposes.

I am not clear on whether JS can effect a similar situation of using a third party to buy shares based upon instructions given upon initiated a deal with same. I asked that question on the Yahoo group, but no one knew the answer. Perhaps, WiLan IR?
