First, it addresses the governance issue that has troubled many shareholders.
Second, the $7.5 million buyout cost less that Skippen's 2% over ride. Over the next 5 years, the 2% would cost $13 - $15 million.
Third, in one fell swoop, it puts one time items behind us so investors can focus attention on 2012 guidance. I expect this guidance coincident with the Q4 results release. I also expect a dividend hike into the $.04 to $.05 per quarter range, based on Wilan's comment on either the Q2 or Q3 CCs that it is their objective to distribute 1/3 of profits to shareholders as a dividend on an ongoing basis.>>>
