Excellent points! My concern is whether or not there is a price point for the purchase which would make Skippen and company decide that it is no longer such a good deal. How far should Win go in order to win? Judging by the after market action yesterday there appears to be some signs of relief that a destructive bidding war is not breaking out. I am sure that Mosaid has great patents which would be a good fit with those of Wilin however there is much already on the company's books which could be profit maximized. I guess it really is a Win-win situation for us shareholders, particulary those who hold both stocks.
