If you look at the trading on MSD since the takeover offer over 6M shares have traded, which represents +50% of the shares, as there is less than 12M out. I don't know is there's a lot of day trading in that volume, but let's assume there isn't a signficant amount. So what does that really mean? Those people aren't going to take the $38 offer! I'm sure the Win people are smart enough to figure this out, sooooo..... there has to be another offer on the sidelines ready to be tabled around Nov 1st.
