Well there's lots of speculation as to what could happen next week. If the buyout goes through I think it would be quite phenomenal, however things can change.I have the view that Win would increase their bid buy $5 and through in a Win share which would only dilute the Win shares by 10%-since there's less than 12M shares in Mosaid.They could swing this pretty easy. Keeping in mind that if they are successful in the purchase of MSD-there's +130M cash in the company to defer some of their out of pocket costs. If they aren't successful then there's only 3 possible outcomes.they continue to grow as a separate company/ they could be a take over target-this has been thrown around quite a few times, but the last option would be for them to purchase another company. after all they have 230M in cash to purchase MSD-plus their own operating cash .Next Thursday will be D Day as they will have their court case decided by then which could clear the way for either another offer or not.Lots of possiblities-Have a Great Thanksgiving weekend-Yes John we do celebrate this a month earlier than the US!-Brian
