here's a few comments from people regrading Wilan/Mosaid.I did get this from another site and thought I would share this. Veronika Hirsch is a very well know Mutual fund manager-Blumont. Peter Imoff is a mutual fund mg'r for Sprott sand McWhirter is a manager with Selective asset mg't.I'll leave it to you to do your own follow up on the other people and there's quite a few.Some interesting perspectives,Have a Great week

DON'T BUY	5.740	Ron Meisels	Starting to break down through the 200 day moving average so he is selling his holdings.	2011-10-03

HOLD	6.650	Michael Smedley	Making a hostile takeover bid for Mosaid (MSD-T). The sector of patents is in a state of huge flux.	2011-09-27

BUY	6.160	Veronika Hirsch	Thinks if they win Mosaid it would be a hugely attractive acquisition. If they don’t win, it won’t make much difference to the price. They could easily be a takeover target some day.	2011-09-23

Comment	7.150	Jason Donville	Prefers Mosaid (MSD-T), which this company is trying to acquire as they have a bit of a profit hole they are trying to fill. Doesn't think this deal will go through. If it goes through, he likes the combined entity and would buy it.	2011-09-08

TOP PICK	7.270	Peter Imhof	Making a hostile bid for Mosaid (MSD-T) at $38, which would be very accretive to them. In a win-win situation whether they make this acquisition or not. Trade at about 7X earnings not including cash.	2011-08-29

TOP PICK	6.900	Robert McWhirter	Patent portfolio company. Offering $38 a share for Mosaid (MSD-T). These 2 would include 4G wireless patents plus Mosaid’s Dram patents making it a very powerful combination. There is an option in the US expected by Labour day, which should give powerful insights into the value of patents giving good visibility to this company.	2011-08-26

BUY	6.500	Chyanne Fickes	As a result of the decline in stock price, because of their bid for Mosaid (MSD-T) this represents good value here. If they are successful it will be very good for them.	2011-08-22

Comment	5.660	Hap (Robert) Sneddon FCSI	Chart shows 2 trend lines. First one was gradual up to mid-2010, followed by a sharper one. The last trend line has now been broken. It will probably hold at around the current level. There is support at around $4.90-$5.
