Excellent post as per usual John! I first bought into the WiLan story shortly after they had the very good sense to buy my little Trivision (TVL) company of which I had bought a number of shares due to my firm belief that the V Chip technology was going to be a great big winner. Fortunately I was able to buy most of my core position in 2009 at an average price of around $3.00. This was one of my far too few good decisions having made far too many very poor ones in my stock trading. John, I am very glad to have highly recommended you to become a Hub Leader on this message forum. Your contributions to our little community of share owners has been and continues to be immense. I shall give myself a well earned pat on the proverbial back for that one since I so rarely receive them from anyone else other than my white shepherd El Lobo Blanco.

WiLan has been rather notorious for having traditionally presented an sp with a very high Beta. It is therefore not surprising that the sp should decline rather markedly with the recent market meltdown. I look forward to some sort of "Christmas" or year end rally which has been traditional in most years. This general market rally when paired with what I strongly suspect will be very good news on both the earnings and litigation fronts should propel the sp to much higher levels. Congratulations and gracias for your excellent posts and for generating so many other informative posts from other Hub members. In fact many of the Hubs I visit have less frequent posts than ours. So, don't worry be happy and keep those great posts coming. I am off to visit Las Vegas where I shall be doing the very hard labour of checking out possible sites for our WiLan prosperity party which hopefully will occur in the relatively near future.
