I'm not sure how reliable technical analysis is, particularly when the markets are pretty much in free fall. Many, many stocks are breaking down below the techies trend lines. I think that it would be a very good sign if a stock was not going down in this terrible market. However, I do not think that the mere fact that a stock is falling indicates that it should always be abandoned. As for me, I am still buying in reduced quantities with careful price points. I purchased some more at $6.00. If we do get a year end rally I think that Win will also go up significantly.
