As I mentioned with my previous perspective the real thing is to play both MSD and Wi-lan. Those that did should be pretty happy.MSD made a very smart move-however this basically can separate them from the deal-which would result in them growing substantially.So existing MSD shareholders would be pretty happy with this. The only other way for MSD to get taken over is for someone to put a very large bid on the table.Wi-Lan will still benefit from all the profile they've been given and can on their own to grow and or be bought out too-Maybe MSD collaborate to do something -who knows!!Bproch
