Notie, I think they worded it as so, because most of the previous signings or "MOU's" are for Wi-lan's complete patent portfolio.. I suspect either these companies don't require all the patents or Wi-lan may go after them again if they are still infringing.. These are what they were sued for, as far as I know... JMHO

Hopefully the "BD" is completed tomorrow & the "Big Boys" let this baby run!!!
