All pending lawsuits can be found on the Wi-Lan site under litigation.. They are all still in effect, besides the INTEL "DJ" in California, but I suspect/hope a few may be settled soon, especially afer the "LG" & "INTEL" signings. (Although INTEL was just a "MOU" at this time.. Maybe we'll see another POP when the actual signing takes place... There I am, hoping again..LOL)
