Dogknox, I agree with you, I see (hope) for an upward trend at this time & I expect share price to rise & yes, this part of the story is just beginning. This is a completely different company than when the analyst predicted a $200 share price. I think this will be a very interesting month... hopefully, very profitable for many of us long term holders...

Not all the patents Wi-lan has, are worldwide, some are very specific, so you can't expect royalties for each piece of equipment in the world. It will/should be good but keep your expectations within reason & just maybe, you will be pleasantly surprised.

A Nasdaq listing "should" be very good for Wi-lan & it has been mentioned a few times during the quarterly reports, but as stated by J.S, "it will be event driven". Maybe with a solid win during these law suits they will take "WIN" to the "Big Board" I would expect a significant price rise when/if we make to the "Naz"

I think you may be mistaken with your other post... I don't think the "S&P Market Access Program" is a request to gain a listing on their markets. but that's JMHO...

Just to add... Take a look at "Stockhouse" for some wild numbers expected by some posters... monderht for example!!!
