I'm surprised the market didn't think this a great news release. Time will tell, but it looks as though Wi-LAN is winning quite a few of the little battles. The judge seems to be agreeing more with Wi-LAN than the defendants... Hopefully, the jury agrees when/if this civil action goes to trial..

Another thing with this news release, Win now has over 970 patents or pending patents. The last release showed only 850.... Possible small licence takers that may not be significant, but may have had a few patents Wi-LAN wanted...

Interesting/profitable times ahead I think..... OK, I hope!!! LOL
