I last commented on this board in Dec 07. As a long-time WIN shareholder, I have a pretty thick hide and lots of scars. Our current economic climate arrived just as WIMAX appeared ready to take off. Combined with the seeming never-ending legal battle, a sudden increase in price does not appear imminent.

On the other hand - a little optimism is good for the soul. I believe that 2009 will be the watershed year for WILAN. I predict a stronger economy by year end, a couple of major signings and a negotiated settlement with some of the Gang of 22 by Jan 1, 2010.
