Kathy... With all due respect, what does this have to do with Nanopierce`s current business?

This may be interesting if you are a lawyer, or you work for one; but, not many of us are in that position.

With the current dilution level, I doubt that even 100% covering would cause a dramatic rise in share price.

There are far too many legal matters, and far too few commercial business matters to motivate real longs to do anything more than watch this from afar.

But, I guess the good news is that those who invested in the tech can`t be criticized like others who have played the longs as they supported what has turned out to be a commercial non-event.
