To put it simply, I am not an attorney, nor do I have other skills that would allow me to interpret the document you forwarded to me with any level of confidence. I do see specific references to Neptune, which I thank you for providing. However, I am more than a little bit confused with the overall language of the document, other than it appears that motions to dismiss certain claims have been denied by the Court, and discovery may once again proceed.

I might suggest, as another poster did yesterday, that you forward that same attachment to Agora; perhaps they will post it. I don`t have a public site onto which others would have access to .pdf files, nor would I feel comfortable posting it even if I did. Anonymous posting is a benefit of boards such as these to posters; however, such anonymity makes it difficult to be certain that documents are authentic. The document looks authentic; but, I am not knowledgeable of these dealings that I would choose to take a chance on posting something that may be a liability to me. Being that I`m not certain about this matter, I would much rather someone else review and make public this document. (It is clear that you don`t wish to share with the board exactly who provided this document to you. That is your right.)
