I`m not trying to stir the pot. I keep trying to find something that will make me more comfortable with my investment in Nanopierce.

I came across the Neptune references in a couple of financial documents. I found it odd that the two names were slightly different; but, that must not be a big deal in filing 10-Ks and 10-Qs.

I guess I was hoping for something unrealistic... a simple answer from someone who knows. Being that the real identity of Neptune is something that is still a mystery, I suppose it is meant to be so. That speaks volumes toward accountability. It would be pretty easy for the Company to identify who this party is.... unless there is something to hide. Maybe that view is too simple-minded; but, it makes sense.

It`s for reasons like this that I have NO faith in predictions and projections by this same management regarding a new joint venture. (Intercell`s last ``deal`` was a prime example of too much optimism and too little information. Was it criminal? I don`t know; but, someone failed to make some disclosures that I personally believe to be unethical, if not criminal. But, I`m not a lawyer.)

As far as I`m concerned, the formal announcement about Xact is now outdated. It is clear things have changed. To me it was clear... there would be a NEW production facility, and that production facility would begin pumping out product early this year.... and to this point in time... nothing. The Company owes it to its investors to clarify exactly where things stand. This information shouldn`t come through a third party who has no accountability.

But... these are just my opinions.
