This is also the language used in the press release. This clearly states it will be a new facility.

Perhaps you are trying to help; but, as someone who sold all of her Nanopierce stock, and who is not compensated by the Company.... I don`t understand why you are the one posting this type of information.

Information relavent to Nanopierce should be posted by Nanopierce. No investor should be so foolish as to base an investment decision upon hearsay.

If what you report is true, it is one more case of missed commitments.
