I was wondering about the shareholder voting rights, too. I sure don`t remember receiving a proxy.

``Our`` money has served these people quite nicely.

Oh well, what`s the use of complaining. They don`t care what we think as long as they get a paycheck, or have stock to sell. Even if this stock takes off, it`s hard to imagine ever trusting them again.

It`s a sad testament to our society and the norms for public companies.
