If you bought your shares in the Frankfurt, Munchen, Berlin, or Xetra; NPI is still trading but there is a vast disconnect in share price. NPI is still trading pre-reverse share prices. I do not know if they will adjust or what. That is up to those exchanges.

If you owned NPCT through the US OTCBB exchange, if your shares were with a broker, either electronic or human, the shares should automatically convert both ticker and share count.

My electronic and human brokers have adjusted that for me without me having to do anything.

However, Ameritrade slapped me with a $20.00 re-org maintenance fee.

If you have shares in paper certificate form, they will need be sent to NPCT/VYTC`s transfer agent to be re-issued. That includes a $50.00 re-print fee per certificate. You will need to call VYTC to get the name of the transfer agent.
