Klide, I guess that is the BIG question, isn`t it. We probably will not know the answer until the Company makes an announcement that the plant is operational, that production has commenced, and that orders are being filled.

BioAgra will be attending the International Poultry Exposition in Atlanta, January 22-27. I understood it to be BioAgra`s goal to be in production by that time. Perhaps we will get a progress report before the Expo begins in 10 days.

As far as the money to cover the cost, it was also my understanding that the $1.5 million that Nanopierce contributed to this joint venture was sufficient to cover the cost of getting the plant up and running, including the equipment, contractors and the electric service.
