Doc,

I thought I had made it clear that I DO understand ``how and why so many of us have become so skeptical and suspicious``. I have posted to Jeff2002 several times in the past few weeks that I understood his questions, and to a degree, why they were asked.

The difference is, that while I understand what has caused the cynicism, I also see another side of things. That other side is the imminent commencement of production, what I believe is about to become a dramatic increase in revenue, and the conversion of this Company into a profitable enterprise. I just see things differently than you do.

I believe the spike in volume is just a harbinger of what is coming when production and orders are announced, and when new money comes into the stock. I believe we are on the verge of a move upward, doc. I don`t expect any skeptic to take my word for it, but am just sharing my perspective for those who are interested in hearing from someone who has spent a lot of time doing due diligence, and who has talked to many of the players, including some in the industry who are not associated with BioAgra.

I read all your posts with interest. I see your reactions, and understand why you and others are cynical. I just happen to see it very differently.

Best Regards,

-z
