If I made it seem like a contest, that was certainly not my intention. I am very excited about the potential of the BioAgra joint venture, and believe, based on my own due diligence, that:

1) We were very fortunate to be at the right place at the right time to have become associated with some very clever and industrious people, in a market that is ripe and ready to explode.

2) Orders for the product are there, and that we are only weeks away from starting production, and perhaps 45 to 60 days from the start of a significant revenue stream.

3) When orders are announced, and production is underway, the share price will begin to reflect projected revenue, and that even the skeptics like you will benefit by the increase in the share price.

You, on the other hand, seem to believe the Joint Vunture in mostly hype, and very unlikely to achieve success. You want to ``see the numbers`` before you believe it. I have no problem with that.

Now, from all that you have said, I am under the impression that you still hold a portion of your NPCT shares.

Therefore, in my opinion, when the share price goes up, you ``win``. When the share price goes up, I ``win``. We are both in this to win.

That`s the way I see it.
