I suspect that there are several things pending and they may be announced together, e.g., Corporate name change, trading symbol change, change in share structure (R/S), (who knows, maybe even a change of the corporate headquarters to Georgia, but somehow I doubt the later.)

It is my theory that it will all be announced together, and that there is no sinister reason for the delay. I suspect that when a new internet domain name has been registered, documents filed with the Secretary of State, web site constructed, stationery printed, etc., we will get an announcement containing all the information. Until then, I believe such information will be closely guarded. That is my theory on the delay.

It is, of course, just a theory, but without theories, what would be the reason to post on discussion boards?

I`m glad to have seen a recovery in the share price yesterday. It verified, for me, the possibility that the stock CAN move up strongly on modest volume. I had begun to wonder if there was a problem with the color green on my computer screen. Talk about cynical!
