I quote Paul Metzinger, October 7, 2005
``Over the last several years, management has been focused on assuring the survival of the Company under very difficult conditions, obtaining financing for a new direction for the Company and identifying a new technology platform upon which to rebuild the Company.
``Management of the Company believes that the potential of the new enterprise will allow the Company to develop a revenue generating and profitable business while pursing an increasing share of a very large market.``
``We appreciate your past patience and trust. We will strive to continue to earn it in the future.``
I believe the goals of Management to be exactly as stated:
1) Assuring the survival of the Company
2) Developing a revenue generating and profitable business
3) Earning the trust and patience of shareholders
Obviously, I cannot be the judge of what truly motivates anyone to pursue their stated goals, any more than you can. But, I DO believe their goals to be exactly as stated.
I also suspect that just like me, and possibly you, Management would like to be financially enriched along the way, in direct proportion to the degree of their investment.
I believe that with the BioAgra joint venture, it is likely this will soon be possible.
I doubt you feel enlightened, but I am satisfied that I have done my best to answer your question.
