Regardless, I seemed to have invented a new pandemic scare. Aviab flu. It is spread by birds (and pilots) who do a lot of sit-ups and crunches. I know there has to be a gag line in here somewhere about ``six-packs`` but between helping in the kitchen and playing with my grand-daughter, it hardly seems worth the effort.

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving. We have much for which to be grateful.
