In reflection, I suppose it would be more direct of me to say that if there is one piece of information that is out of place, it will be a red flag for me.

There was so much discussion about microelectonics industry and how NCS could capitalize on that market several years ago that I tended to give the benefit of the doubt to claims and other statements made by the company. I wanted to believe, and I really trusted what I was being told, even though all the facts weren`t there to support what we were being told.

I no longer have that trust. I won`t trust anything less than facts that can be verified.

There is something about this current product that has an air of ``too good to be true`` about it. Time will tell.
