If Nanopierce management really cared about investors, they would present verifiable details about the claims they have made in their PRs.
There may be short selling issues, or there may not. I personally believe there are.
However, short selling issues have nothing to do with Nanopierce`s current business plan. Nor did they have anything to do with the Intercell/Brunetti deal.
There needs to be enough verifiable information provided to allow us to connect the dots in order. This shouldn`t be an exercise in supposition. Nanopierce`s management has proven through past performance that their reassurances are flawed. Either they don`t ask the right questions themselves, or they don`t allow shareholders the same opportunities. Based upon the amount of legal material generated, I think that we all know how capable management is when it comes to protecting themselves. It`s a shame that investors aren`t given the same opportunity.
