Rubberworm,

According to Nanopierce`s October 5, 2004 press release: ``Once the joint venture is formed, construction of the new processing plant will begin and is expected to be completed within 75 days.``.

Given the date of the current press release, and being that there wasn`t any clarification about the production schedule, the beginning of production would be October 30th. If one were to consider the 75 days to be week days, not calendar days, the beginning of production would be November 29. Those days sounded like hype when this deal was being put together.... and now it appears they were unrealistic.

Like you, I am used to working in facilities in which security is important.

But, I beg to differ with you about about Richard`s approach. The photographs on Bio-Agra`s web site show a simple building in a commercial park. They have a loading dock and some grass.... and a sign.

As an owner of the company by extension of his shareholder status, I see nothing improper about Richard`s approach to satisfying his curiousity. And I thank him for sharing his experience on this board.

I don`t know if this is a scam, or not. But, there hasn`t been proof of anything. And, to me at least, management has no credibility. I`m growing weary of the victim routine. Show us something on the bottom line and maybe I`ll change my opinion.

Jeff
