Richard,
Thanks for taking the time to go out of your way and visit the site.
I just don`t have it in me to fight any longer.
All the talk about profits, and revenue from each incremental production line... it all sounds like the days of NCS-mania.
NO ONE should invest in this venture until written proof of orders, and of the agreements that will govern all of the business arrangements.
Investors are being played for FOOLS.
Look at this from Paul Metzinger`s position... Would he invest in anything with so little information? Look at the complexity of his legal agreements. And pay specific attention to how carefully worded those agreements are with respect to his protection.
Do your homework. Speak with an attorney. Speak with a commercial banker. I`m not saying this thing has to be bulletproof; but, there must be something that makes good investment sense. It`s one thing to gamble when you believe in someone. It another thing to gamble when you have no confidence in the leadership.
I have consulted with a securities attorney about Nanopierce and Intercell. The sad part is that it was going to take a lot of time, and a lot of money, to pursue... and the outcome was quite uncertain. Unless a person intends to make a Crusade out of this, I doubt it would be worth the time and energy (and money).
That being said, I believe there is strength in numbers. That strength could possibly work together in a class action suit (although that outcome, too, is also uncertain). (And, has been pointed out before, there is relatively little to be gained even by a victory.)
If investors have a lot of time on their hands, and they have kept detailed records of PRs, LOIs, trades, personal conversations with company personnel, and other related information, there may be some possibility of getting some help from the Attorneys General of Colorado, and now Georgia. Maybe if enough people complained, something might happen.
All of this may boil down to one thing.... Investors wanted to believe, and their investment choice ultimately was in their hands. Burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me.
All the pumpers of Nanopierce are long gone. No more astrology, no more FOP (Friends of Paul), no one is left other than those of us who have lost a lot of money.
I would be willing to participate should anyone wish to pursue this through appropriate channels. I don`t have a lot to contribute to a legal fund; but, I do have a lot of very detailed notes I would be willing to share.
Jeff
