Frankly, I see the ammended 8K as FANTASTIC news! Here`s why............

It is almost impossible to get anyone to give you financing with 25 cent warrants when the share price is 10-15 cents. Who in their right mind would do it?

It is also quite difficult to raise financing with warrants at 15 cents when the share price is at 14 cents. 10 cents would be more like it (or .7)!

For some reason, it APPEARS that someone may be willing to provide financing in exchange for 15 cent warrants when the share price is barely there! This is amazing to me. This MAY indicate that a financing deal has been struck, and that the party (parties) providing the funds in exchange for the warrants is (are) absolutely convinced that the share price will be well in excess of 15 cents when they are ready to exercise their warrants. This is one of the most positive pieces of information I have seen in weeks.

It also indicates to me that the funding may come from a source that is not in this for the quick buck, but rather for a longer term. This also is good news, if true. If we are doing a financing deal for 15 cent warrants when the share price is at .145, I am expecting to see a significant increase in the share price in the near term.

This is, of course, just my opinion.
