Zties.... I think it is great that you found success with beta glucan.

I don`t know if you were responding to me directly, or indirectly; but, if you were, I just want to clarify any misunderstanding that I may have created.

My point is that I don`t know enough about this field to really present an opinion on it. But, after the NCS deal, I really don`t want to waste my time trying to understand the technical nature of something, when it is the commercial and legal aspects of the deal that I am most concerned about. This may be a great product, and have potential in many different arenas; but, I won`t be convinced as a shareholder that it is good deal until I see significant revenue generating numbers posted on the quarterlies. Until then, it`s just talk... talk which keeps the doors open, and the issuing of paychecks to management.

Regarding the warrants.... What would initiate that kind of action? I guess the warrant holders got a little uncomfortable with the fact their exercise price was way too high. So the Company issues them almost twice as many options, with a strike price a little over half the initial price? You think the Company would convert my $6+ shares at to the equivalent number of current shares? I could get almost fifty shares for each of those that I currently hold. Isn`t it great to see further dillution of our shares for someone else`s benefit?

This has been one great experience. And, one great lesson learned that I will never forget.

Just my opinion.

Jeff
