Hi Geoff.... It`s good to see your reasoning at work.

I hate to say it, but, I have pretty much given up trying to figure out what may, or may not, be probable, or at least possible.

There are a lot of people that I trust who visit these boards. Most of the ones that I admire the most are objective, and very informed about issues relating to our previous ``Holy Grail``. They are the ones who are relatively unemotional, and fact-conscious. I really don`t know anything about the science involved with our latest detour, nor do I wish to devote a lot of time and energy into something that is even more susceptible to deceit and manipulation than was our previous endeavor.

Sometimes I feel like we are invested in the ``Bizarro World`` of Seinfeld. When one takes a step back and looks at this opportunity, what sense does it really make? $1.5 M for half ownership in any kind of leading edge business is really chump change. And all of the talk of ``building a plant`` in a three month time frame, leads one to question exactly how sophisticated that plant may be. After being burned once in a huge way with Nanopierce`s ``right around the corner`` success stories relative to NCS, and almost being burned in the Intercell/Brunetti deal (and now very thankful that I took a harder look at it), I would challenge anyone seriously looking at this as an investment waiting to be harvested, to demand real, written, indisputable facts.

Without REAL information, all of the talk about this new (ad)venture is exactly the same road we have been down before... wild speculation. Without the type of information we would seek from most business partners, we can only base our investment in the management of Nanopierce. Is there a record of success? Have all of the things we have been promised in the past come true? (Maybe I should ask if any of them have come true.) Can it really be that we were just victims.... so many times?

All that being said, I still have enough shares of Nanopierce that it would be foolish for me to wish my fellow investors anything but success. However, I think I would question anyone who has been an investor for any length of time should they increase their position in Nanopierce without any legitimate information.

Now I know why my broker fought so hard to keep me from investing in a bulletin board stock in the first place.

Jeff
