Often when they stop drinking this sociopathic behavior stops, but sometimes people start using because they were sociopaths to begin with. Sociopaths by their nature can be very charming, at least that subset that makes their way through life by using others. They can sell to trusting individuals, like us, because they often attach themselves to some genuinely good idea, sell it, but never follow through. They lead their lives from one crisis to the next, but it is never their own fault. Sociopaths are evil, of course, and they`re very common. Seldom can you get anything out of them because they are slipppery. As you can see, respectable people departed after they got to know him better, and this is another very bad sign. However, they kept their mouthes shut, because they probably have some stock in the company, and know that if just the right person would come along that they could save their own investment, or at least recoup the value of their time.
There is no point to my sharing this, as it will not change anything. Paul won`t come out and say, ``He`s right, I am a sociopath, and here`s you money back.`` Sociopaths are the ultimate victims, and Paul may have given his gift to his daughter, she just manifested it differently.
Oh yes, I sound cruel. Sigh. I`m just afraid that it`s a description, not a condemnation. His exaggerations. His promises of imminent contracts. When nothing panned out I should have bailed, but I kept focusing on what I considered was the important bedrock quality of the Particle interconnect process. How could it be that people in the industry would not commit to it? It`s what Snuff and Buytechs were saying.
