LN,

I, for one, will not quietly go away.

My realized losses in Nanopierce would have paid for a full college ride for one of my kids (tuition, room, board, books... the whole package for four years). My unrealized losses will pay for a majority of a second.

As long as I have money invested in this company, I will question each and every attempt to paint optimistic business plans for what they are. I stated my opinion about the Intercell/Brunetti deal, and about the new chicken feed additive venture.

No new investor deserves to go through what many of us have gone through during the last five years. Man, that five years reference just struck me. I stand steadfast behind my conviction that the only thing that matters now is proven performance in terms of real revenue.

Anyone who entertains thoughts of investing (or investing more) in this company should look at the likes of me. I consider myself to be a fool. I believed. I went against the advice of many trusted persons.... because I believed in what I was told. This isn`t a court of law, so I doubt my beliefs would yield anything positive; but, I know what things were said, and the spirit that was behind those messages.

This has been a very painful lesson that will affect me financially for a very long time. I will do what I can to make sure that no one else is so foolish as to believe without good reason.

But... this is just my personal opinion.

Jeff
