I believe there were two struggles going on... one by the company, and the other by shareholders and investors.
I find the recent announcement terribly sad; but, not surprising.
For everyone who has incurred substantial losses, I hope there is closure and then recovery.
I also hope that those who lost their investment in Intercell, Nanopierce, or Vyta will judge the results based upon the facts, and the other mile-markers along the way. Call me a basher, or call me a realist... it is clear that much of the unbridled enthusiasm and optimism throughout the history of this company was misplaced.
Investors lost big-time, whereas those who received a salary had quite a run at the shareholders' expense.
My heart goes out most to Zties and Klock. In spite of our differences of opinion, I really do believe they are good honest people who were hoping for the best, and invested accordingly.
