I know this will be lazy of me to ask; but, I`m hoping someone knows it off the top of their head.

What is the price of the warrants that are still open? (Or, maybe I should say prices since there may be a couple of different warrants offered at different times.)

I would sure hate to think that the strike price of any warrants was lowered because of the current share price.

I would also hate to think that anyone was shorting restricted shares, whether explicitly prohibited, or not.

It always seems like high volume increases are all about stock games, and not about Nanopierce`s business.

I just find history repeats itself far too often.
