One huge disappointment after another. Why would you even expect revenues of any significance from the JV?

I must be dense tonight... I hope someone can explain the loan to an unrelated third party... What if they default? Does that loan guarantee capital to proceed with the joint venture?

I think the Company should at least send a free coffee cup to each registered shareholder... I`ll bet that two years from now that would be the only tangible asset any of us would have left from this investment.
