Sorry....

This may be good news from the perspective of exiting a bad relationship.

But...

This is a shining example of not knowing our partners, and entering into a relationship without having all the facts. Paul is an attorney. We expected more of him.

Investing in this company without revenue benefiting shareholders is almost unbelievable. I have said this before, and I have been criticized for it... I really don't understand what is so wrong with demanding results before making an investment.

WE ARE A VICTIM... AGAIN!

Shame on us.

This would be hilarious if it weren't for that fact that so many good people have lost huge sums of money in failed businesses during the last ten years.

I don't care how good the potential may be... if management isn't better qualified to enter into agreements with reputable individuals, they should either get out of the business or put someone in charge who will objectively evaluate potential deals.

This is really unbelievable.

I don't care how you want to paint this picture (or what kind of lipstick you want to use)... this action was necessary because management entered into an agreement that left them holding the bag.... again.

Until there is complete transparency we have no way of knowing exactly what is going on behind closed doors.
