This is long overdue.

I have been frustrated that we have put millions of dollars into this venture and Justin Holdings have put in nothing.

It is long overdue for VYTC to take action.

The question I have for the esteemed Zties is that the press release reads as if production and marketting will wait until the litigation is over. What is your understanding, Judge Zties, as to the current status of production, marketting and other efforts for us to see some sales? i.e. Are the doors locked or is VYTC going to continue to support ongoing efforts, even during this process of taking over the entire company?
