Ceased Operations May15, 2009

Message: Zties...you have metamorphised into a philosopher!
pmb,
You said,
"I love how i was told revenue was there and another poster came in later to show the person blasting me that the last report showed a big goose egg."
I assume you are referring to the post by "nanotruth1" where he/she said,
"-ZItes wrote:
"It is not true that, "There are no sales," or that "No one will buy any." There are sales of product in modest amounts that are being used commercially. As usage proves cost effective and trials continue to be successful, there is every reason to believe that the volume of sales will increase incrementally. That is why the Director of Sales and Marketing continues to invest his own resources in an attempt to gain full market penetration."
And the 10Q reads:
"Results of Operations
During the nine months ended March 31, 2008 and 2007, we did not have any revenues from operations."

So, did they make a false statement in the 10Q?"
....and to which I responded:
"What that means is that Vyta Corp did not receive revenue from its own operations.
However, the 10Q shows that revenue for Vyta Corp's subsidiary BIOAGRA, LLC for the 9 month period ending March 31, 2008 was $104,661.00. (page F-9)"
You may call my response to you condescending, but anyone with even the most basic understanding of the company structure would know that revenues to BIOAGRA are not the same as revenues to Vyta Corp. I have pointed out the revenues of BIOAGRA (reported in the 10Q) as evidence of sales. The revenues, modest as they are, are not yet sufficient to fully cover BIOAGRA's expenses and make BIOAGRA profitable. Vyta Corp will not see revenue from this subsidiary until revenues are in excess of expenses. However, just because Vyta Corp reports no income from the subsidiary, it cannot be accurately construed to mean there was an absence of sales.
I have as much desire to see "significant sales leading to profitability" as anyone. I can appreciate your disappointment that we have not yet reached that point. However, to refer to $104,661 in sales as a "goose egg" is not really an accurate representation of the facts.
I can only conclude from your post that one or more of the following is true:
1) You are ignorant of the facts despite ready availability of information.
2) You are lazy and wish to have someone else do your due diligence for you.
3) You have formed your opinion, and don't really care about the facts.
4) You are aware of the facts but have an agenda, and wish to post false information. (In which case you are technically a basher, and your post should be reported as a violation.)
5) You sometimes compose your posts under the influence of too much scotch.
